Our inks are UL Greengard gold certified and UL Ecologo certified. Our printer is manufactured from 85% recyclable/reusable content by weight.

Hi Scott, thank you for your feedback and sorry to hear your parcel was damaged in transit. It sounds like the couriers were a bit rough with your package. We clearly label them as fragile and we do have a policy to replace the item if you contact us with photos within 48 hours of receiving the item.
